Doesn’t work for me
Took 10 mg then broke one in half took another 5mg , an hours later another 10mgs - does nothing except make me feel tired the next day because it doesn’t work
My doctor suggested that I try this product as well as this dose.
It didn't work for me at all. It make me groggy in the morning
but I still never felt like I was getting any sleep.
I generally sleep OK but a few times a year I have a bit of a tough time for a week or so. I have tried this 3 different times now and have never noticed that it worked. I talked to my dr and she said a calcium/magnesium supplement before bed will probably help more and that melatonin is better for people who need to change up their sleep patterns like shift workers or those on vacation in a different time zone and that it doesn't have much effect on sleep otherwise - it's more of a placebo effect and breathing exercises would help just as much. I will try the cal/mag supplement next time instead.
