I got this in a sample size in a mail sample pack. I liked the idea of the product but when I tried it I couldn't stomach the taste of it! So gross so wouldn't be effective for me!

Sorry, but it's awful. The packaging made me think it would be like the Crystal Light To Go drink mixes that you can put in a water bottle and shake up and have a fruity juice-tasting drink. But nope. It was so watered-down tasting when mixing it with the instructed amount of water, and it's not very sweet, and it has not much fruit flavour either. It was kind of like those Emergen-C mixes; just an awful taste. The good side is that it has vitamins in it, but they need to put these in the same packets of the Crystal Light to make you want to drink it. I would actually rather take a vitamin pill or chew than this.
