Echinacea is really aswome. it really does help fight colds. because it got rid of my cold. I am still going to take. so hopefly I wouldn't get a cold and if I do it will not be to bad. it even got ridof my mom's cold.

This is a life saver in the cold winter months. As soon as I feel a cold coming on, I will dose up on echinacea and oil of oregano and it helps to fend it off.

Echinacea is not only good for humans, but also it is like an antibiotic for cats. Years ago my cat was sick with a cold, and I called the vet and was told to give her a quarter of a pill a day. Within days my cat was up a doing much better. I would recommend looking into it before taking my advice, but it worked for us.

I always have some Echinacea on hand in case I start to feel under the weather.
As soon as I feel a little run down or that I am about to get a cold I take these little
magic pills. The capsules are average size and a little stinky but it gives me that
added boost that I need to fight off a cold.
