I abosultely love this workout DVD from Jillian Michaels she is such an amazing motivator and a lot of fun to workout with and follow along! Kick boxing is actually a lot of fun and it's a great workout, I love how she shows you how to do all of the moves and she shows you a lot of defense skills as well. Different punches and kicks which leads up to a great cardio workout. It is intense but lots of fun.
