I discovered this shredded chicken at Walmart a few weeks ago and tried it. It's very tasty with a mild tasting sauce on it. I used it to make pulled chicken sandwiches for lunch with pickles. It is a bit expensive for such a small tray, but it's a lifesaver when you are in a rush. They have the beef and pork variety also in the Jim Beam line of refrigerated products.
