I have tried a number of hair colors, and I liked this one the best! The foam was easy to apply, and gave great results after. It's slightly higher priced than other foam colors, but worth it in my opinion!

I really think John Frieda has a winner with Precison Foam Color. It was easy-peasy.No drip,a nice fragrance, and gave my dull hair color life! The color continued to stay for a period of 6 weeks, with no fading and shine.I will continue to use this hair color product!

I received a couple of free product coupons for this, and I was soo excited to test it out! I absolutely loved the idea of having a "foam" hair colour, as some dyes can be quite messy to use in the bathroom (especially when most of your bathroom is white!). This product was so easy to use. The foam mixed really well into my hair, and provided excellent coverage. I didn't have any issues with it itching my scalp either, as I have with other major hair colour brands!

I’ve had three boxes of John Frieda Precision Foam Color sitting around for sometime now and I only just got around to trying it today. You get the foam application bottle, that you mix your color together with the solution that’s in that foam bottle, a very nice size conditioner that can be used several times after your first use and very nice thick black gloves in the box. I had I big problem right off the bat with the foam applicator bottle and I was so thankful that I had two more boxes on hand. My hair usually take’s two boxes of any hair color to completely cover all of it because it’s very long. Any how the applicator bottle completely stopped working. I couldn’t get it to work no matter what I tried and I had only applied one ball size of foam onto the top of my hair when this happened. I was so happy that I did have two more boxes on hand, other wise I don’t know what I would have done, or what I would have looked like. Once I got the second bottle mix up I was amazed at how easy and how fast it is to use! Although it doesn’t look like there is much in the bottle when you start, there was more then enough to do my long hair with out having to use a second bottle. That has never happened to me before with any other hair dye I have used. I also never had one drip from the applicator, but I did have a bit of a hard time keeping the dye off of my skin because of the length of my hair. I believe this is why they tell you to apply some lotion, or even Vaseline around your hair line before you start applying the dye. Any thing that did get on my skin washed right off with just warm water. If your going to do this be sure to use a something you don’t care about and not your good face cloths because it is a dye and it will make a big mess. After waiting the 30 minutes the dye rinsed out of my hair very fast, witch was another blessing to my bad back. You then apply the cream condition and message it through your hair for five minutes then rinse it out. The John Frieda Precision Foam Color completely covered all of my gray hair and left it a nice natural looking brown. Sometimes I have trouble with hair dye bringing out to much of the red that’s in my hair, but this never happened with this hair dye. My hair looks and feels great and best of all instead of having to use two boxes of dye and it taking me over two hours to complete the job. I was done everything in under an hour! The John Frieda Precision Foam color is a bit more then I normally pay for hair color, but with all the time I saved and with how nice my hair turned out I feel it’s well worth the extra bit more. After all you get what you pay for. I’d definitely recommend you give John Frieda Precision Foam Color a try if you haven’t already done so.

I tried this free product hoping since it's at the top of the hair colour price range, it would produce superior results. The application went on according to the directions, and was fine. It was easy to apply the foam. I liked using the longer stronger black gloves. There is so much foam colour in the bottle, much more than any other colour product! I'd recommend it for those with long hair way past their shoulders. My hair was much lighter, I'd say like their dark caramel. I used medium golden brown. Unfortunately the colour was too dark, not as pictured on the box, and it darkened my hair too much.It even had a slight amber tinge to it, not what I would have chosen. It did cover everywhere though, no patches of unmatched colour as shown. Also, my greys are back at my temples just 2 weeks later. I did leave it on the extra 10 minutes. I would try this again if I wanted dark hair, or go much much lighter. It's also probably the only boxed hair colour that has enough for those with very long hair.

I've had this foam dye from John Frieda for awhile now,I was using John Frieda Go Blonder lighting spray over the summer and didn't need to dye my hair. When I noticed the gray had crept back I knew it was time to try this dye. When I got it I was surprised at how much variety and different colors there was to choose from it took me awhile but decided on a light ash blonde.
I defiantly picked the right one the color is beautiful. The kit comes with a foam applicator, dye,a generous conditioner and thick plastic black gloves. The application was so easy and drip free I left it in my hair for 30 minutes. Then rinsed and applied the conditioner.I loved the conditioner a typical quality product from John Frieda.
My hair was so soft afterwards and there was enough conditioner to condition quite a few more times. I've tried many dyes in the past that left my hair feeling dried out or a terrible color but this one is fabulous!I'm really impressed with this foam dye.I would highly recommend it.

I won a free hair foam from John Freida and decided to try it, I was a little hesistant at first as I have always got my hair done at the salon and was afraid of how it would turn out, but with the hard times we are experiencing I decided that I had nothing to lose as it was free and worse come to worse I could always go back to the salon. I was pleasant surprised at the ease of applying the foam, the time saved and the final product was really impressive, I am now a true believer in this product. I have really coarse hair and I found that the conditioner that was included in the package has made a wonderful difference.
