This product delivers what it sells

This product is awesome! You can use it alone and it will give your face a nice feel and a light glow, or you can use it under your foundation and/or concealer. If you use it under your foundation, your foundation will last forever.

This is my favourite primer. It helps smooth out lines and old acne scars when it is applied and leaves your face feeling fresh - not tight like some other primers. After drying, makeup then goes on smoothly (I use a brush for foundation, highlighting) and find that I use less makeup if I use the primer beforehand. Makeup also lasts longer than when applied directly to face. I compare its effectiveness to higher end more expensive primers like smashbox and even Clinique- I would prefer the Julep primer 100%.

I adore Julep products, so when I ordered this I was so impatient for it to show up at my door. It did not disappoint! I love this primer more than what I've been getting at the drugstore. It doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or like my skin can't breathe. Not only that, but I've found that it is the best primer for making my pores look way smaller and gives my makeup a nice, smooth canvas for foundation, etc. The cost of this primer is a little bit more than a drugstore primer, especially because it's American and I have to pay a higher price in Canadian, but it is definitely worth it. If you are a Maven subscriber, you can get this for a cheaper price than non-registered members, and if you get a monthly subscription box, you can put this product in your monthly box with a few other things, and get the best value for your dollar.

This is the greatest invention ever, when I use this under my makeup I look 10 yrs younger!
