Although it is on the pricey side, it is definitely worth it! I find when I eat this in the morning, it keeps me full all day. Also, it is very versatile (i.e., I sometimes grab a handful of the dry cereal and munch on it or I sprinkle a little bit on top of Greek yogurt).

Kashi Go Lean is ONE of the best satisfying, healthy cereals on the shelf ! My husband and I both enjoy this cereal. We havent shared with the kids yet lol. Very similar to Harvest Cruch with the CRUNCH !! Low in calories and extremely filling ! Thumbs up Kashi :)

I love this cereal. I don't eat cereal, as a general rule, but this is great. I feel like the carbs I am getting are complex, and high quality so I am happy to have this with my greek yogurt in the morning. It really does hold me right through 'til lunch. I like that it is high in protein, and that there are nice big crunchy clusters right through to the end of the box. I honestly can say I have not consumed any whole box of cereal in my adult life until I tried Kashi GoLean Crunch. I am now on box 3, and have 2 more in my pantry. Thanks! Great product.

Great tasting and very good for you. A great way to get some fibre in your diet. The cereal is very filling and keeps you going without getting hungry 2 hours later.

I love Kashi cereal. The fiber and protein count are great: the taste is awesome with almond 'milk'. It's an affordable, healthy cereal with great flavor: that's not an easy combination to find. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to break from the refined grain, added sugar, highly processed breakfast cereals that dominate the market.

Go Lean Crunch has been one of my favourite cereals for quite a while. Not only is it great for you, it also taste delicious - I love the crunchiness! The flavours in it are just sweet enough that it when it mixes with the milk it reminds me of breakfast cereals I used to eat as a kid - mmmm.

Plus this cereal is great as a snack on the go - just measure out a cup and seal it in a zip-lock, it`s one of my favourite afternoon treats. Or you can mix half a cup in with some yogurt and fruit and it makes the perfect desert. I love this stuff!

Side Note: Every so often you can this cereal at shoppers for less than $2 or you can buy it in bulk at shoppers because it can be a little pricy for the amount you get at the grocery store.
