Kellogg's Special K Protein Breakfast Shakes live apecial k protein shake!! When i dont have the time for breakfast this is my go to keeps me full and energized when i need it the most!!

This product is delicious and filling, but it is too expensive for everyday. I only purchase when I see a sale or I can use a coupon. As someone that is not a breakfast person, this product would be great to pack into my lunch bag and have as a midmorning snack. Wish I could buy more often.

These do not taste as delicious as I would expect a Kelloggs product to taste. It was quite bitter and almost a funny after taste to it. I'm not sure if I would purchase these in the future.

These taste great and are very filling as a breakfast drink, but I also find them to be overpriced for the amount/flavour.

I love these , they were awesome but the price wasn't worth it when there's a lot more of the same things on the market for better prices.

I did like the flavor but being with the extra protein in it. I expected my hunger to be curbed longer. I have tried the other shakes to and quite enjoyed them all same effectiveness though

I like the chocolate flavour but found that I was hungry shortly after having it. I wouldn't say it's the healthiest breakfast either. Overall, it was just okay for me.

I had been quite ill for a while, so foods didn't always agree but this breaky shake was great!
