Vector has a lot of nutritional value, it taste delicious and is filling compared to say, lucky charms. The protien claims that is makes aren't 100 percent acurate. It's an incomplete protien source, which means it's missing some of the branch chain amino acids that is required for something ro be a complete protien. Use supplements.

I added raisins and almonds with black berrys to a cup of cereal with almond milk it was the best tasting cereal I have eaten in a while🥣texture soft yet crunchy and in an hour from eating it I felt still sated Amazing

A good protein cereal.

I like the simple taste of Vector cereal. The flakes combined with crunchy granola clusters. I do find some of the granola pieces are a bit too crunchy and hard so if you have any dental Issues you might want to ago this cereal. I like that this cereal contains 22 vitamins and minerals. This is the only cereal my son will eat so it's purchased at every grocery I do. It cost me 7.99$ a box which I find a bit much but it's the cereal of choice for my health conscious son. Although it as advertised as a high protein cereal I was actually surprised to see Shreddies cereal has a higher protein content. Vector is also advertised as a meal replacement by I have only used it as a breakfast meal. It personally doesn't keep me any more full than any other cereal but I like it and so does my family.

A good healthy option. The protein is a bit misleading so read the labels closely. Great buy when you can get a sale and a coupon. One of my go to cereals.
