Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 really cure dry chapped lips. My lips need the rich glossy texture to stay moisturized for hours. I also love the many scents they come in and the portable tube packaging.

The version I have has no fragrance or tint, so it's a good basic all-around lip balm that gets the job done. There are many other variations that do offer different shades but for me, the #1 is all I need. The packaging is bland enough that either sex can use it too. The price is a little steep, I think it's $9/tube but it will last you 6 months. Just don't leave it in the car on a hot day otherwise it'll squirt all over you & stain your clothes.

I do love this lipbalm. I don't go to it often because it's a bit of a hassel to squeeze it out and put it on my lips with my fingers...and then wipe it off my fingers. But i do find myself pulling it out in desperate times. When my lips are extremely dry and chapped. i put a generous layer on and in no time, it feels less sore. I also do makeup sometimes. And a lot of times, the models have super super chapped lips.... it's my pet peeve because not only is it hard to apply lip products, but it's also looks bad on camera. So i apply this after i finished applying the base. By the time i'm done with the face and i move on to the lips, it's nice and moisturized. This product is non-scented and really does the job. It is kind of pricey for around 98% petroleum..but somehow.. that 2% of other ingredients do work better than just plain old vaseline.

Hands down my favorite balm. I love it. Kiehl's lip balm #1 is the best. It's long lasting, so I don't have to reapply every 10 minutes. It protects my lips year after year against the cold Michigan winters. They also have new flavor/scents out, which include Vanilla, Coconut and Mint. Best added bonus ever: it has SPF in it!

I love this. I have tried many other and kept on going back to this one. I have gone through at least 3 tubs and 2 pots. This is one of the few thing I repeatedly purchase as I love trying new things and kept on wanting to find better one. I have not been able to find anything to protects my lips (in terms of dryness) so well. The added bonus is it makes my lips looks so good. Most of the day I only put this on. People even asked me what you have on I love you lipstick and when I told them it's just a clear lip balm they seem very disappointed. Someone told me it's just like Vaseline but I told them they are wrong it work/smell/looks better then Vaseline.

I discovered this product two years ago when my cousin from TO came over to visit and HAD to stop by the Kiehl's store. I have heard great things about this lip balm but just didn't bother figuring out what the hype was all about. Lip balm is just lip balm right? Wrong! This is truly an amazing lip balm - far superior in my opinion to Soft Lips or Chapstick or even Smith's Rosebud Salve.

Kiehl's lip balm is the one I turn to when, during the winter months, my lips are hopelessly chapped. A good night's sleep with this applied and my lips are baby soft the next morning. When I need a good exfoliation, I slather this on and run an old toothbrush over my lips - much more effective than the ole water and toothbrush combo. Plus I condition my lips at the same time as exfoliate. I also find this balm to be great mixed in with a bit of MAC pigments for instant custom made lipgloss (my favourite is Apricot Pink with this).

Kiehl's Lip Balm has SPF 4 which I love since my lips are cold sores from unprotected sun exposure. This really helps and I wear it everday alone or under lipstick or gloss. Packaging is great as comes in a tube. (It used to come in a pot as well but I don't see that advertised on their website anymore so maybe that's discontinued?) Thus, more sanitary for those who are averse to using pots. A tube lasts you forever at 0.5 fl oz - I've had mine for a year and am only just now running out.

I've been using Kiehl's for the last 10 years (at least). I discovered it in university and use it religiously! I remember always having chapped lips in the past and have not had any (no lie!) since then. I've actually moved onto using the one with SPF 15 and my husband actually has his own tube and uses it too! No fancy scents or packaging but works perfectly for me.

This lip balm is amazing. It cost me about $9 CDN at Ogilvy's in Montreal.. and has been worth every penny.
It keeps moisture in, heals really chapped and cracked lips overnight, and doesn't have any harsh or irritating smells/flavours.
Plus, it provides some sun protection.
I used to use Burt's Bees religiously, but I've been hooked by Kiehl's now. LOVE IT.
