It was hard to select a rating. In terms of cell service I have been delight d with Koodo for 2 years. The problem comes in if you have to speak to a real person, which you will be charged for. It took me over 2 hours to change the name on the account to mine from my deceased husbands, which I had been paying for almost three years. The clerk had no knowledge, and was clearly reading off of a screen.
Koodo Mobile has been an awesome cellular provider for me, I got everything I needed to run my business for $35 per month plus tax.
If you're in the market for an affordable provider with a great selection of $0 phones I highly recommend Koodo Mobile!
They're easy self service application is great too, you can access and change all your account settings without having to call customer service, however, if you do call customer service they're great, they're always cheery and knowledgeable and they'll help you rectify your issue swiftly.
I'm very happy with them thus far & look forward to a great relationship for the duration of my contract.
I love Koodo as a phone company. We have used their services and got our phones there for the last four years. We like that they have affordable plans to suit everyones needs and my plan is only $39.00/month. Also, phones are put in a tab and you pay it off as you go, not having to actually 'buy' a phone. They are good because they have kiosks ariund where you can get help. One thibg that is frustrating though, is that certain issues can only be solved over the phone and you have to go on hold and through long questioning processes.
