I have been using this brand for years whenever I decide to straighten my hair. Although it has changed packaging a lot of times. The product has stayed the same. It didn't leave a sticky film on my hair either and coated my hair lightly to protect from my flat iron. And I must say using this with my straightener, I have never been able to get my hair so straight. (I've always been envious of Asian super straight hair.) Not only does it protect it very well as a barrier for the high heat, it conditions with the keratin protein in it. LOVE IT.
