While designed for those with skin problems such as eczema when I was introduced to this product by a colleague I was pleasantly surprised at how thick and creamy the lotion is. It works really well for dry patches without a greasy residue. Highly recommend.

Love La Roche Posay products in general but had never tried this one. My dermatologist recommended it when this winter and so far it's been great! Would recommend.

Mes filles on de l'eczéma avancer sur tout le corps. On a tout essayer mais rien ne fonctionne et je sais que le crème topique à base de cortisone ne peuvent être utilisées sur de longues périodes. On m'a donc parler des crèmes Laroche Posayant et se fut un miracle porte mes puces. On ne peux plus s'en passer

This cream is so thick and rich and has a very subtle floral smell. It really repairs the skin, just as promised.

It might get a little bit on the expensive side, but you do not have to slather in on so thick, so it is still a great value.

It may a little in the expensive side but it works! Dry, cracked heels be gone!!! After a couple uses I really notice a difference. No odor and not greasy feeling. I will not use anything else.
