Lancome Color Design Sensational Effects Eye Shadow Quad

I adore Lancome products, and I really love their quad eyeshadows because they're easy to travel with, always have great pigment and longevity, and the work is pretty much done when it comes to choosing complimentary colours!

I like the colors that come inside this pallet , my mom got it for free , so i dont know the exact price , she got it as a gift from nordstrom or something . But yes, i think it works well ! Colors are gorgeous . I really like the glittery shimmer color . And i think the pale pink, almost white , is a good base for your eyeshadow . I actually have 2 pallets , and one has colors that the other doesnt have . either way , i think the color is really gorgeous , and yeah . (:

Lancome is one of my all time favorite makeup brands. This eyeshadow quad is very pigmented and goes on my skin smoothly, unlike some other brands where the formulas feel like there is too much talc in it. The price, in my opinion, was affordable for the product they give you, as it gives you a matte, shimmer, metallic, and sheen eye colour in the palette. It really helped to define my eyes without overwhelming doses of sparkles and shiny bits, it had just the right amounts. I would definitely recommend this product, you get a promising and rich eyeshadow formula that can only come from a brand like this.

I got it as a promo gift with an other purchase and I was looking forward to try it but got disappointed. First of all the colors are so pale and it's very hard to apply them, it reminded me on the children make up for little girls which you can not see at all. So i think it will be just a waste of money to buy that.

I was actually very pleased with this product. I also got mine as a gift with purchase so I don't know the exact price point but nonetheless I thought the quality was great. I agree that the colours were more on the sheer side but that's not always a problem. I found them super blendable and they lasted all day with hardly any creasing. The palette has got me excited to try more eyeshadow from Lancome.

This was a gift I got with another Lancôme purchase, and let me tell you, I'm so happy I didn't have to pay for it! I'm totally disappointed by this product.

The colour just won't show up, and even if I put lots and lots of it, all I can is a subtle sheer colour, but three out of the four colours are supposed to be matte (the other one is The New Black, a metallic hue). Even the darkest colour (Wear It Well) is unnoticeable. And for The New Black, all I got is a pale grey with few shimmers.

Let me tell you that I will never buy Lancôme eyeshadows again. This is a very, VERY big Fugheddaboutit!
