This petroleum jelly is just the same as Vaseline's, just a different name. Ever since I was a kid, I've always had dry, rough feet/heels. So, I learned a trick; apply a liberal amount of this stuff to feet, put on a pair of cotton socks, and leave on overnight. At least 8 hours. (THe longer the better sometimes). Your feet will be as soft as a baby's bottom, and they'll thank you for it too.
