I tried the Roast Garlic Chicken flavour. It had a nice light taste and the chicken was a nice texture. All white meat and no fat or gristle. The veggies were a mix of broccoli, zucchini and potatoes. I found the portion size to be just right. I would recommend this frozen dinner and would consider buying it again if it was on sale.

I was impressed by the flavour and taste. I enjoyed how fast my lunch was made and how fresh it tasted. I also didn't feel gross after eating it - in the sense that it wasn't a crappy microwaveable meal. I will recommend this product to others. I just wish more coupons were floating around to purchase this product more often. The price can be a little pricy compared to other microwavable meals.

Considering this was a microwave meal, I was quite impressed by the flavour and also the freshness. I would absolutely recommend this, especially for a quick meal when on the run!

I tried the Mediterranean Chicken. Overall, I thought it tasted pretty good. The sauce had a decent enough flavour; it wasn't bland, but it wasn't all that flavourful either. The carrots in it weren't very good. You could tell they were frozen. The chicken was of good quality and they were nice size chunks, but I wish there were more. I also didn't find it all that filling. I would have to have a few snacks with it in order to have it for lunch, but I guess if you were trying to lose weight, this would be enough.
I recently tried a Michelina's frozen meal similar to this one. I found that the sauce of that one was more flavourful, but the chicken quality, size, and amount was inferior to Lean Cuisine's.
I would consider purchasing this again, especially if I were on a diet, since that is what t hey are meant for and would also recommend them to friends because of their quality and healthiness. And, when on sale, the price isn't too bad either.

Most microwavable meals are watery and bland but this had nice tender chunks of chicken, veggies were not soggy and the sauce, oh the sauce had such a nice full flavor .With a veggie serving and lots of protein I would defiantly recommend this product to anyone looking for a quick easy meal. Did I mention it actually cooks evenly also, not cold in one spot and boiling hot in another which I am so use to with a lot of frozen microwavable dishes. Excellent price for an excellent meal. I have already bought several other flavors & tried them, delicious.Try it, I know you will like it :)

I was disappointed to see the only instructions for heating it up was micorwave. I do not microwave my food so I tried to steam it in a pot with a little water. It worked great!

I tested the Mediterranean Chicken. It was really good. It has more chicken compared to other frozen entrees which I was pleased to see. The chicken had no fat which I was also pleased with! It also had large pieces of broccoli!

I will be recommending this product to family and friends who are in search of a good quality frozen meal! I will also buy it for myself.
