I love this soup! I mostly only eat it when I'm sick. But this soup is so easy to make. You just whisk a single package into 4 cups of water and boil for a few minutes. Hard to screw it up! I love it when I'm sick or super lazy on a cold day. I also hate chicken soups with little gross chicken chunks in them (they are always fatty and gross) and this soup is just stock and noodles and you don't need the chicken chunks because it tastes so great!
