I got this as a present for x-mas about a year ago. I have been having issues with both the keyboard and the mouse. First off when using the keyboard it sometime doesn't pick up certain letters. I try to reset the keyboard and turn it off and on even taking the battery out doesn't work. I literally have to reset the whole computer to get some of the keys to start working again. Now the mouse has issues too. I will be using it and all of a sudden it jumps around the screen and sometimes doesn't show back up.... I again have tried to reset the mouse take the battery out and put it back in and turn it off and on. Sometime this works for the mouse, if not again i have to restart my pc. This product has been durable but is way to glitchy even for my brand new computer.
