What it is: loose powder eyeliner

Where to get it: anywhere the L'Oréal H.I.P. line is sold. Most
drugstores will carry this.

How much: $11.99 at CVS, but I went during one of their "Buy One Get One
Free" days so it was kinda like I got it 50% off.

What I like about it: I'll be honest, at first I hated this. But it
turns out I was just using it wrong. So after watching some you tube
videos on how to apply it, I started playing around with the product
more. Now I absolutely love this eyeliner! It tightlines & waterlines
beautifully and stays put! It also helps create really sexy smokey
eyes.

What could be improved: nothing really... the price maybe? I think its
too much for a drugstore line and for such a little tube.

Overall: I will definitely be repurchasing!
