Like the masque, the smell of this prevented me from using it more than a couple of times. It's that fake banana mixed with nasty chemicals! The shampoo left my hair frizzy and full of static. Im glad I was sent these to try out and that I didn't spend my money. Not a fan at all.

I received this product as part of the product review club. Nice texture and smell and lather. After a few days in a row, I noticed my hair did seem stronger and shinier, though ti felt a bit heavy for my fine hair. I'd use it for regular treatments rather than as a regular product.

I got this product as part of the product review club and it's great. It really tames my dry hair that is always so frizzy in the winter. It smells nice and I only need a little bit to get my hair to be smooth and shiny.

I was lucky to have been chosen to test and review the L'oreal Professionnel Intense Repair Shampoo. The first thing I noticed was the scent which was different and while it was not as strong or sweet as other L'oreal shampoos, it was not unpleasant. I used the shampoo a few times and all times I could not help but notice a difference in how soft my hair felt both while wet and when dry. Also unlike some other moisturizing or hydrating shampoos, it did not leave my hair feeling coated or weighed down.
It is pricey so this would definitely not be a product I would use daily but I would definitely purchase and use it again. I would also recommend to a friend.

First off, I adored the smell of this shampoo. It lathered up well, and made my (usually frizzy) hair look great the day after I washed it. The second day however, my hair looked and felt way too oily and greasy. During the review period, I’ve tried using this shampoo with the recommended masque and alone without any conditioner. I had the oily issue only when I used this shampoo, so I am quite positive that the shampoo is the culprit. It’s a shame that my less expensive shampoos perform better than this one, because I really wanted to like it.

Long story short: great shampoo if you’re intending to wash your hair daily, especially with frizzy hair. Not really worth the price considering that there are other shampoos out there which perform better at a lower cost.

I had just gotten my hair done before receiving this product from ChickAdvisor, and was excited to try out such a good brand. My hairdresser told me this was a great choice for highlighted/blonde hair that can be damaged and dry, and that lots of salons use it because it's a high quality product. I agreed! It smelled amazing and felt really luxurious and moisturizing. It was thick for a shampoo and almost felt like a conditioner. For that reason, I didn't use it every day for fear of weighing my hair down, but switching each day between this shampoo and a clear/lighter one worked really well. It left my hair smooth, silky, and smelling great. It's pretty expensive for shampoo, but because I highlight my hair, I tend to splurge once in awhile and get a really good-quality shampoo to take care of my hair - I would buy this again. Using it less frequently (1-2 times a week) helps to make it last longer too!

I have super dry, frizzy hair so I was hoping this shampoo would alleviate some of that, especially since it's winter. But once I washed it out my hair felt a little too clean, almost like the moisture was stripped out. If I hadn't had the masque to use after it I can only imagine how it would've dried.

I did like the scent but it's just not worth it for the money.

Thanks for the testing opportunity Chick Advisor!

I really enjoyed the scent of the L'Oreal Professional Intense repair shampoo. I used it every single day that I shampooed my hair and really did notice a difference in the shine and texture of my hair. I found that the bottle lasted me a long time, in fact I still have lots left even though the review period is now finished, so you don't need a lot of shampoo to get the desired effects. The price is a bit high, but that it to be expected with salon quality products, so I definitely think it's worth the price. Overall, I think this is a great product which lives up to it's expectations. Thanks for the opportunity to review it Chick Advisor!

I used this shampoo for the first time through the review club. I have to say that the scent it had was very nice and light and the shampoo itself was thick and you didn't have to use alot to get the job done. After shampooing my hair with it for a few days i definitely saw a mark improvement to my overall hair texture and shine. I have very thick (tends to frizz up) wavy hair and fly aways disappeared and it was very silky to the touch. It is a little on the expensive side of pricing for such a small bottle but like i said a little goes a long way! Definitely a keeper for me!

I have fine, mid-length hair that is pretty dry and the L'Oreal professional intense repair shampoo worked well on my hair. I am really glad I was given the chance to try the product and review it for the Review Club. The shampoo does not sud up as much as most shampoo's but I also know that 'suds-ing' does not really indicate how well a product works! The shampoo goes on well, smells okay, and does rinse out well despite being thicker than most other shampoo products. As for results, it did add some moisture to my hair and a bit to my scalp as well. My hair did not feel weighted down, which was good. Many moisturizing products tend to make my hair feel heavy because it is so fine. I would buy the product again...but only when it was on sale. It is actually quite expensive for the size of it. I know that it is being marketed as an inexpensive version of hair repair systems but there are a few main stream (aka cheaper) shampoos out there that do a similar job.
