The ONLY reason I am not comfortable giving this full star power, is because it's NOT an easy product for people to work with. I am a makeup artist and it's difficult even for me! MAC will suggest products to use with these tough pigments - But I find anything they suggested just took the vibrance right out of the pigment - making it appear dull and flat. I use this with a cream shadow and then I pat the pigment on to my base to keep the color true to what it looks like in the container. You can also add this to nail polish, lip gloss, and add it to other shadows and pigments to create new colors! I used this with a bright hot pink from Napoleon and got a REALLY nice Bright Purple. I like to blend my colors before I apply on a pallet - I blend them together with a fluffy brush to make sure the colors are distributed equally. The Picture below shows this product layered over a cream shadow base on my lids. Paired with a coral color in my crease. I love this shadow combination, it would be even better if the coral was also neon! It may take practice but this color is amazing if you can get your hands on it! (To check out the purple I made with this Pigment and the Hot Pink Napoleon Shadow, Check my profile pictures :) )
