MAC prep prime is a great snatch for the summer! Keeps your makeup on and plus it's SPF 50! A great bonus. The only thing I don't like about it, is the packaging. When it starts to disapear, its hard to get the great stuff out of the bottle. I'm the person to use every last drop too. I eventually cut the tube in half and just scooped the rest out. A bottle lasted me the whole summer. Since when i'm out swimming i dont wear any makeup, but I loved to use it for going out for the day. It's 30ml. Great product.

MAC Prep and Prime Protect SPF 50 is a great primer if you are looking for a primer and a sunscreen all in one. It makes my pores look smaller and my makeup lasts all day. It is also good for keeping the shine down. I find now that when I do not use it, my face looks too shiny by midday.

I learned that the trick is not to use too much, otherwise it will not absorb well. What I do is dab little dots on it on certain points of my face and then blend it in. Add more if needed.

I think next time I might try a different primer, just so I can compare quality. I would say that the overall the product is quite effective.
