I like it because it does last for a while on your lips. I guess it depends on what your eating. You do have to sharpen it with a sharpener that is for this type of pencil. It is part wood and metal and a regular pencil sharpener will not sharpen it. I believe MAC sell it.

This is a great lip liner. It has a nice smooth texture and is easy to apply. It sharpens nicely. This color specifically is a little too dark for the majority of my lipsticks. It is a great deeper color for underneath fall and winter colors. I apply it to the entire lip surface because I find is lasts longer than my lipsticks. I would like to purchase some more colors in the product so I have perfect long lasting liners for every season.
