MAC Lip Glass Lip Gloss

I really like mac's lipglass. they have a wide variety of colors and the lip gloss lasts.. my only beef is that it is pretty sticky and if your hair touches it, expect streaks and smears all over your face.

Love these glosses they look awesome on a neutral lipstick even if its a chepo one. They stay shiny and are creamy, not sticky and messy. Great colors and last long on lips.

Ok So You’ve got a hot date want to look your best and decide a new gloss will do that for you.

Unless you want to have to hide your cloth napkin all night... lick crumbs off your mouth as foreplay or leave goop all over HIS mouth and surrounding area as a souvenir - don’t bother with this one...

Its high in pigment making it almost more of a "lipstick in a bottle with a really heavy shiny gloss" than a "lip gloss" (witch tend to be lighter in texture and pigment)

This is way stickier than Vaseline and WILL collect in the corners of your mouth or cracks of your lips etc if your lips or mouth are dry.

That having been said I LOVE IT! - For any time I won’t be kissing someone, eating or getting dehydrated... It’s great for looking hot for extended periods of time.

I’d use it when doing lots of pictures are involved-just make sure your not too heavy handed...a little goes a long way, so start off small and add as needed

I also recommend priming your lips with a good smooth low shine lip balm first… and if you really want to wear it on a date - excuse your self wipe it off and replace with a much lighter gloss BEFORE you start eating...

This is definitely one of those glosses you use when you don't want a subtle hint of color.
The shade in the bottle is exactly the shade that will show up on your lips,
which is what most people expect when they use a gloss.

My only complaint is that you might need to reapply after
an hour or so, if not it might dry up your lips and leave them
a gooey mess if you try to add more.
This has happened to me on several occasions.
But its pros weigh out its cons.

Let me tell you - MAC tops the chart in this department. Their lip glasses come in the sexiest colors and stay on forever. They look great alone or over a lipstick. I always have at least 3 in my purse at one time. You may hear people complain that they are on the stickier side, but I don't mind it.

For many years, I have tried time and time again to find the perfect colour that would give my lips that nude look. Mac Lip Glass definitely works like a charm for me! The colour I have is "florabundance". This product lasts long and is not too glossy!

This is the best lip gloss i've ever tried. The colors are phenomenal, and it smells pretty too. It is a bit on the sticky side, so watch your hair. Otherwise, it's an amazing product.

The hunt for the perfect lips....

Lipstick/Lip Gloss can be one of the most frustrating make-up products to buy, however when you find something you love it's irreplaceable. I was on the hunt for the perfect shade of red lipstick. I don't normally wear heavy lipstick so I found it very shocking when I tried on a bright red shade. Sometimes I think you need to ease your way into wearing heavy lip color - which is why I love this lip gloss from MAC.

It's called Lip Glass - and the name suits it because when it's applied generously your lips look very shiny and glassy. Since I couldn't handle a dark matte color, I like the gloss because you can aplie a small amount and then gradually increase it until you get to a tone that you're comfortable with. I bought it in 'Russian Red'. It's a very bright red. It looks great on but you have to take your time appling it because it's much easier to smudge gloss. I didn't find the price that unreasonable either.

MAC also has a great recycling plan. If you bring in 6 empty containers (ie. powder, concealer, lip gloss) they can recycle them and then you get a free lip gloss! It's a great idea.
