I have very curly hair. I am 34 and over the years I have used many many products to try and maintain this. This is the first I found that did not make my hair crunchy feeling like little Mr Noodles, but managed to maintain the fuzz. I have been using it exclusively for 3 years, and passed it on to many of my family members with similar hair. I hope it never gets discontinued, and if so Ill be buying a huge stack!
I swear by this stuff! I apply it to damp hair and let air dry. It gives the nicest curls to my normally unruly hair. Smells great, and doesn't leave a sticky or crunchy feel to my hair.
another great product from Marc Anthony. He gets it! my hair is very very curly, dry, frizzy, all over the place, you name it...
this is very nice, it's a good hold and doesn't get crunchy, doesn't dry out my hair and I know I can trust it with my crazy locks
I have very long (lower back length), very curly hair. Regardless of the weather, my hair is very dry, brittle and frizzy. I have tried so many different products - most don't help or leave my hair looking dirty and weighed down. I have a 245 ml bottle of this product that I bought in early summer (it's now January) and I still have about 1/3 of it left. A little goes a long way and my hair has never looked better. No more frizz and dryness. I can even blow dry my hair if I want to. I highly recommend this product. For the money spent, it's a great product for a great price.
My hair is between curly and wavy and is quite frizzy. This non-sticky, light-weight product helps smooth out most of my frizz without weighing down my hair, so my curls/waves still have life at the end of the day! When I want my hair to be at the curlier end of the wave-curl spectrum I just scrunch in a bit of low-end hair gel after using the lotion! I've tried several lotions, creams, and serums and the only comparable ones are the hair cream from the same line and the Samy get curls curl reactivator (though this last one can be a touch sticky). Definitely give it a try! <3 <3 <3
This product would fall between you betcha and fugheddaboutit for me. I bought it thinking my curly hair would be transformed if i used higher end products (I was currently using sunsilk creme and dippity doo hair gel).
For starters it has a light lemon scent, personally I don't mind it. Its very light, not sticky, and distributes evenly in my hair. I then go and add a touch of hair gel ontop of it to ensure that my curls would be locked in place (I have extremely frizzy curls!) Once my hair dried (I allow it to air dry) I really didn't notice any difference in my hair! I still had a bit of frizz.
So for me, this product is just ok. I would use it again, but for the price I might just go back to my cheaper sunsilk.
I have hair that falls somewhere in between really wavy and curly. My staple hair care products are Frizz Ease Serum and hair spray (usually TRESemme tres two). However I have been noticing recently that my curls lack definition and I attributed this to the fact that I don’t use a product that is strictly designed to enhance them. Enter Marc Anthony Curl Defining Lotion. I spotted it on clearance at Shoppers for 2.99 so I decided to give it a try. Good thing I did because I LOVE IT!!! It smells amazing and my curls look gorgeous. They have definition, bounce and shine. The bottle says it also helps lock in moisture and repel humidity however I have yet to test this out because it hasn’t been particularly humid yet this season (thank God!) I will most certainly be buying another bottle of this product when this one runs out. I am in love!
I was completly mislead by the label on the box of this product. It says it will tame your curls and make them frizz free. Now I know nothing can tame your hair when it's a fuzzy mess like mine, but this product didn't even work one bit. I found myself using the cream, diffusing my hair and then end up putting it back in a bun because I was just so frustrated. Since it's a cream it is a little heavy so if you have fine hair this cream would for sure weigh it down. On the bright side, it does not make your hair very touchable and it smells good! The verdict, use this cream if you're looking for results other than to "tame the frizz".
