I got this hydrating gel in a package along with an eye cream, face wash and face scrub on sale at shoppers drug mart for $26.99 regular $44.95 but value was more although I forget what the over all value was.that being said,this was my first time using a gel.its not super hydrating but its nice.i find this would be nice for warmer months such as summer.its light an airy.i have normal skin which tends to be a little more drying in the winter months.my skin doesn't flake or anything too bad like that.it has a very nice light scent.it does not have spf and would have to use something else with it.i do like the vitamin c in this gel.i plan to finish using this winter using an spf cream as well.

This gel smells pleasantly citrus and is super light and refreshing on the skin. The Hydra-C Hydrating Gel keeps even my ridiculously dry skin hydrated all day without greasiness. It absorbs extremely quickly and it’s really an excellent base to wear under makeup.
