I got this for myself at Christmas and wished I had bought it sooner. It is a waterline pencil that is safe and stays on all day and doesn’t run. It makes a big difference from what I usually use.

Great for hooded eyes!

LOVE this waterproof pencil eyeliner!! My hooded eyes always manage to rub and smudge any eyeliner I use, until I used this one!
I'm not great with liner but this is super easy to apply, and has a creamy formula which allows you to choose between a more precise liner look for a smudged one.
It also comes in various colours and also in matte or pearl shades, so I have at least 5 different kinds in my makeup roster!
A great liner at a great price and makes for an absolute staple in my makeup bag!

Best Waterproof Eyeliner Ever!

I use this eyeliner daily for my waterline. It stays put all day but is easy to remove at night. I've tried other "waterproof eyeliners" but they don't last. I highly recommend this one. Try it, you'll love it!

This product us great. Stays on along time. I used it in Cuba and it stayed on throughout the day with the heat and going in the water. Dud not budge. Great product!!

Pretty good average eyeliner!

A pretty good average option for an eyeliner. Has a nice felt tip that doesn't wear out, a nice deep black line and has a good hold to it. The only downside is there isn't much product in it so it doesn't last long but considering a liquid eyeliner has felt tip, it doesn't need to last long anyway...
So a good average eyelinerr!

J'utilise pas beaucoup de maquillage mais je peux pas sortir sans mettre de eyeliner et mascara alors ce sont deux items auxquels j'accorde le plus d'importance. J'avais de la difficulté à trouver un eyeliner qui tient vraiment bien et qui durant l'application glisse très doucement sans faire mal a mes yeux extra sensibles et en meme temps donne pas un look trop gras comme les eyeliners liquides. Celui-ci répond a tous les critères !

I really love the color of this eyeliner. It's emerald green. A gorgeous color. It goes great with my eyes since they are hazel. I love to just add it to the corners of my eyes. Still learning and totally enjoying trying new things with makeup

Though this product is waterproof, it does fade slightly by the end of the day. A simple touch up is all that's needed to get through the evening.

I'd rather have a bit of fading than big runny lines on my lids and side of eyes.

I've been using it for years and won't change. There are many "waterproof" brands available at twice the price that don't work any better than Marcelle.

I am allergic to around everything so it is nice to have a product I could use!
