MARTINI & ROSSI ASTI

Love it!. This is by far the best I have tried. Not to sweet and no bitter after taste. Tried it at a boutique and had to go find it for myself although its not easy to find around my area.

I love asti. Period. Asti is a group of wines, but the one most people known is this champagne-bottle style $13 drink from Italy. Its refreshing, sweet and very drinkable. Its not cloyingly sweet. This is not a wine snob selection, but it should be: its perfect for brunch, if you are offering some bubbly with afternoon tea, with spicy thai food (the sweet cuts the hot), and with traditional Chinese hot pot. Also really great in fruity drinks... Bellini anyone?. Most of all, I love it as an afternoon sipper. Its a perfect well-chilled summer drink.
