As with other Mary Kay products a little goes a long way which speaks to the richness and quality of the product. I find Mary Kay Eye Primer goes on smoothly and sets the tone for the next step..adding color. Color tends to stay on longer and makes it easy to freshen my look after a long day.
If you want your makeup to stay all day, this is the best! the price point is incredible too. I can't believe how little I use and how long it lasts.
Wow! What a product- long lasting tube as a little is all you need. I use this everyday. My eye shadow (powder or creams) Never fade, crease or disappear. True color all day long! This is a white cream that dries clear so you never have to worry about covering it up. Use this along the bottom for your liner - stays put all day. Can't live with out this stuff!!
One of the best eye primers I have tried! (and believe me when I say, I have tried many) It is clear and colourless yet thick enough to grab onto your shadows and make them appear more pigmented on the lid PLUS it makes them last all day!
I love this product! It's the perfect base for eye shadow- no creasing! The eyelid feels like velvet when it's applied.
my greasy eyelids always embarrassed me by forming a "line" after around 4 hours i applied my eye makeup on!
this Eye primer saved my EYES! I put this prior to my mineral eyeshadows... found that for like 10 hours, my eye makeup no longer melting.. yahooooo! must try!
This is very heavy and greasy feeling and it doesn't do anything for my eyeshadow.
I first bought the mary kay eye primer way back in high school. At the time I had absolutely no idea that you were supposed to prime your eyes before putting on eye shadow. When I was with the mary kay sales rep she explained it to me and I thought I would at least give it a try. Since that day, I have never stopped using this primer. I used to use a dark eye shadow as a liner on my top lid, and found that it would only serve as a good liner if my lid had been primed first. It also makes your eye shadow show up brighter and of course last longer. I have big eyes, so when there is an eyeshadow build up in the crease, it is very noticeable. All the more reason to continue using this eye primer.
I've tried Ultima "Fade Not Crease Not" eyeshadow base suggested by a department store make-up counter girl that raved about it and it's decent. But my friend started selling Mary Kay and she recommended their eye primer which I was skeptical at first but I was pleasantly surprised when I gave it a try. Having Asian eyes, it is difficult to keep eye shadow from building up in the eye crease but this primer delayed it significantly from doing so.
