Great quality Kohl eye pencil

I use this eye pencil in blue every day. I have blue eyes and it really makes my eyes look better.. makes them pop! I apply in the morning and there is no need to reapply. It’s a very effective eye pencil.

Probably one of my favorite eye pencils! I love the quality, the feel of it, color, how long it lasts. There is not a thing I dont like about the product. Recommend!

Pencil has a rich color, easy to apply, even though my skin color is paler than in pencil.
