I can always trust Maybelline to have quality products and this eye liner is a perfect example ,it definitely gives a defined look when edging around the eye,it goes on well ,it doesn't seem to smudge and I have the black and I love how intense it is ,you don't always have to buy high end make up to get great results .I bought this liner on sale for $4,a really great buy and Maybelline Eye Liners are my favorite and I will always recommend them to friends
