I have to agree with most of you. I chose Medium Beige seeing how that was the second last dark shade and it was still too light for me. It didn't give me a greyish hue, however, but rather the white raccooned look. But once I applied a more yellowy concealer over top it neutralized it a bit more. The coverage I'd say was med-full. I found the coverage to be decent and I did like the the luminous effect it gave to the under eyes. But I have other concealers that do a better job. If the line offered a wider range of colours it would really make a difference. Overall, it was just kind of "meh" for me. I wouldn't say I don't recommend it but it's not for me. May work for some but not a wide majority. [ back to top ] This review is the subjective opinion of a ChickAdvisor member and not of ChickAdvisor Inc. I would have to agree with Marisa when she says that the shades are a little bit misleading. I have the concealer in Cream as well, and it is a little bit too light for me. If I buy this next time I would go with a darker shade. [ back to top ] This review is the subjective opinion of a ChickAdvisor member and not of ChickAdvisor Inc. I really liked this concealer. It wasn't too thin or too thick. I have had issues finding a concealer that wasn't too heavy (I have sensitive skin) I got great coverage from this product and it covered up both dark circles and a couple pimples. Fantastic! I got the light shade so I know it won't last me through the summer (as my tan will stop it from matching) but I will definitely go out and buy the "medium" shade for the season. I definitely recommend this product! [ back to top ] This review is the subjective opinion of a ChickAdvisor member and not of ChickAdvisor Inc. I actually bought this the day before we received the email about the freebies, so I got a bit of a darker shade this time (Cream) because the colors are a little misleading. Overall the coverage is amazing without looking unnatural. It doesn't crease or look dry, but covers up redness well.I ended up using the lighter shade to brighten up my eyes. I love it! I chose the colour before I went on holiday though, so my skin was darker when i got back, so I would definitely go for a darker shade in summer months. It blended well and didn't feel sticky or have an unpleasant smell. I will continue using it, and love that I can use it under other make up or just on it's own. reviews I have to agree with Ren1 on this one. I am very picky when it comes to concealers and this one did cast a grey-ish hue under my eyes...having said that, perhaps I just selected the wrong shade and need to try a new one. I don't normally use concealer daily but when I do, I need it to cover those dark circles. This concealer worked but could have worked better if it provided a bit better coverage. It semi-covered my dark under eye circles, but I also thought it casted a somewhat greyish shadow to my skin. I had better experience with other concealers. Out of all the products from Maybelline's Mineral Power line, this was one that I didn't like at all. For now, I will keep looking for a better concealer. reviews Being a person who usually just wears mascara, I wanted to try using cover ups for those annoying blemishes and what better timing than with Chick Advisor's giveaways! When I was choosing the colour for the foundation, I thought it would be too dark for the skin tone. However, when using it, it blended perfectly and it looks really natural under the foundation. reviews I don't really have much need for concealer - but I used it under my eyes to cover some of the darkness and it was very effective. Very even coverage and now I'm not worried about getting a little pimple. [ back to top ] This review is the subjective opinion of a ChickAdvisor member and not of ChickAdvisor Inc. | ||
