Maybelline Mineral Power Loose Powder Foundation

I have to say I'm not a fan. It looks cakey and chalky. Not what I want my face to look like at all.

It looks cakey in places,in others it leaves dry patches on drier skin.
I prefer 10 times the liquid version of the mineral power foundation by Maybelline.
It's not worth the price according to me.
About the staying power,it stays on less than the liquid one.
Surprisingly,the liquid foundation looks better on me,even though i have combination/oily skin.

I first bought this product when it came out last year and I love it! It makes me skin look fresh and smooth...and the best part is is that it's mineral makeup, which is a lot healthier for your skin!

After reading so many wonderful reviews on this product, I decided to give it a go. I've never used powdered foundation before and I was amazed at how nice this feels on my skin. It felt like I was wearing nothing, such a dramatic change from my old liquid foundation. I love it and I will never go back to liquids again.

The coverage is also much much better than my liquid foundation. It covered up most of my freckles and the redness around my t-zone. The best thing about this foundation is that it stayed for the whole day!! I've tested this on cool days and on humid days. On the cool days, my face looked perfect all day long. On the humid days, my nose started to look a bit oily but nothing a little touch up wouldn't fix. But my cheeks stayed perfectly mat, something that my liquid foundation couldn't do for me. I was so impressed, SO Impressed!!

I love this foundation, it's so affordable and it works so well. I didn't need a primer and the foundation worked much better than my old foundation. I totally recommend this to everyone!!

I use this product everyday. It not only makes my skin look healthy, but it is light-weight and not chalky!

OKAY!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!
As a teenager I was in the stage of breaking out... :/
but as soon as i started using this my face did a 360 and started clearing up
the powder I have is the lose powder and it lasts long!!! The liquid is the best and the
great thing about it is they come in various different shades soo even the lightest toned women to the darkest toned women can fin a match hope you love it as much as i do!!!

Loove this! It covers well but looks natural and isn't heavy on your skin at all. The downside is that it is a little messy to apply, and isn't very portable (all the makeup comes through the holes and ends up in the lid if you have it in your purse).

I'm not really big into wearing a lot of foundation on my face but my T-Zone can get oily so I ALWAYS dab some powder on to combat the shine (especially on my forehead)

With that said, I was disappointed to see that later in the day I was shiny!!! So I wouldn't recommend it to someone looking to fight some shine or someone with oily skin -- but if you have normal skin and like a little coverage to make your skin even-looking this might be a good product

Its a great foundation. i loves its great coverage. It hides all my blemishes and dark circles and does not looks cakey. It gives a very natural look.

i just got this yesterday.
i wanted to try mineral makeup but didnt want to pay the price of bare minerals so i went looking at walmart and chose this one. they have alot of shades, i was suprised..i think they have 4 light shades, 4 medium and 4 dark..i chose light 3 and im glad i did so ( i almost went with light 2).
i got home and had to try it instantly of course. so i opened it and put it on..what a difference..my face looked so smooth..and it didnt look like makeup, it just looked like i had great skin..
they also have other products like blush conceilers (spelling sorry) , bronzers and a finishing viel. i have the pressed powder finishing veil but didnt but that on after ( i wanted to see how the powder lasted on its own).
i put on just the powder, no conceiler, and it made my skin even toned and hid my blemishes pretty well, so i was impressed.
i dont think im going to ever use the other foundations i have ever again (mary kay full coverage liquid foundation and dream matte mousse) because this one works the best and makes me just glow. like i said before, love it, love it, love it.
im very happy with this purchace..and i was in a hurry and dont really remember the price i think it was between $7-$10 USD at Walmart. i reccommend it 100%

ohhhh and i forgot to add it comes with a cute little brush to apply it with. :)
