I didn't like them, but I guess I'm not a big potato lover either. These were a lot like they're straight cut version in that they're the plainest wedges you can get. I only ate the tiniest wedges as they had the most skin and flavour to them, but left the rest to my family. And most ate them with ketchup. I would prefer a flavoured wedges package as the novelty of them being Red Skin didn't add any flavour to them alone.

You gotta love these red skin potatoe wedges, they are mouth watering, irresistible fries that just go with almost everything. Like say an indoor barbecue, with chicken and corn on the cob or salad. Or have it with some spices, cheese and green onion to add more flavor to the favored brand of French fries.

I found with wedges the original skin (not red skin) was better.

These wedges were not bad though just a slight prefrence to original.

Interior texture of these wedges was soft and warm and cooked right.
Exterior could be done more crispy, more seasoning to be added which was missing.


I feel lately been eating so many fries and wedges as sides because of this mccain promotion, but gives good chance to find that perfect fry or perfect wedge to make at home
