I love trying kitchen things out. Anything to make my life a little easier with preparing dinner for a family of 7. This meat tenderizer made tenderizing steaks for country fried steak so easy. It is very heavy duty. I was concerned that it would be heavy when I looked at it but to my surprise it wasn't. I managed to keep my hands clean as to not having to touch the meat to get the job done. I was also impressed how easy it was for me to wash All in all I am just to tickled to have this in my kitchen.
