My Medela was seriously my best friend. I couldn't get my son to latch at all so my pump was a life saver. I don't know what I would have done without it. My only con would be that it was loud. Mine was provided by insurance but I would definitely buy one myself.

Awesomeness. I'd be lost without this with my first I exclusively pumped this saved my life. 7 years later it still works like new. Best of all most people can get this with insurance now. Lucky!
