This Microfiber Cooling Towel is made of a lightweight, extremely absorbent material that soaks up the sweat as you continue your active life. I use this while I workout with the weights or the cardio machines. Also great for yoga and spin classes, all are which I consider sweaty activities!! The fabric is versatile enough to be used wet or dry. If you are hot and want to cool off, just run cool water over it and place over the neck, or wrap around the wrists for a refreshed feeling. Another good thing about this towel is that is can be used as a sham for wet skin or even wet hair when getting out of the shower, tub or even the pool for a quick dry. To me this is my "Wonder Towel" !!!

This is such a wonderful way to stay cool!

All I did was put the towel in the sink with water, squeezed it out, and ta da it was cool!

I have used it on my neck and lower back. It stayed cool for a few hours. After I was done using it, I washed it, let it dry, and folded it up for whenever I need to use it!

I noticed that when it was dry, the fabric was super soft! So now I can use it as a towel at the gym!

The length is long enough to wrap it around a few times.
