I have never had the worst cramps; i get cramps for the 1st day of my menstrual cycle and its enough to cause discomfort. I had worst pains with contractions. I take the Midol Teen and it works really good for what i need it for; my 1 day. People with harder cramping should Not use this as it is for Teen who first starting out. It is the exact same price as all Midols which is pricey. Bottle lasts me almost 1 year. My period has been out of wack for a while now but Teen Midol never fails me. Easy to swallow and fast relief.

I get quite bad menstrual cramps. They hurt so much that they often disrupt my entire routine and prevent me from being productive. I tired the Midol Teen pills and was disappointed. They don't help much with my cramps. I prefer to use advil gel pills.
