I love sauerkraut. My sister in law got it for me at Costco because it came in a large size
I couldn't find it anywhere else. It's great with sausages and I like to add it when cooking
fast fry beef steaks with mushrooms and onions. Great flavour and it's just simply so good.

If you like Oktoberfest German food this is the best sauerkraut around. The big jars are found at Costco and they are great when you want to make a big quantity of sausage and kraut. Also terrific for stuffing into perogi. The brine keeps this kraut crunchy. I love it.
