I bought My Fitness Coach for the Wii a few months ago and i can't say enough good things about it! I LOVE this workout!! There are more than 450 unique exercises!
The workouts are custom made for each individual user. When you first start you do a fitness challenge that tells you what areas you need to focus on and it helps you set your goals, whether it be weight loss or upper body strength, core strength or cardio.
The workouts change everyday..cardio, upper body, core, lower body and flexibility. There is also a yoga option. You never get bored from doing the same workout everyday. The locations and music on the game can also be changed up however you like it.
You don't need ANY Wii accessories for this workout. But if you have hand weights, a step board or a stability ball you can incorperate them into your workout routine by adding them to the main menu.
You can set up your own workout schedule..everyday, twice a week, four times a week..whatever you want. You can also set the time of your workouts from 15 minutes to 1 hour.
More than one person can set up a profile too, so you can challenge your husband or your kids to a fitness fight. lol
