Looking for something tasty and healthy for those in between times, or for kids' lunch pack? look no further. This bar is just the thing i was wanted for these two purposes. With grains, nuts and fruits, it is healthy, and with chocolate, it's tasty. Plus a mouthful. Add to that a variety of flavours to please the most demanding taste buds. nothing like this.

Me and my husband felt in love with those bars! In the bus or the car, to come back home after work, it's super to stay ok until supper!

Love these bars and i love Sweet and Salty. Kinda taste like a Payday Candy Bar. Each Bar Gives your body a burst of energy to help keep you pedaling or paddling and provides a wholesome treat for your taste buds in one perfect bar

The peanut one is soooo good. nice mix of salty, sweet, crunchy and chewy!

Didn't check the nutritional value when we first bought it and got hooked on the taste. Now that I know it isn't THAT great for you we try not to eat it so much. But for somebody who doesn't care what a great go to snack!!

I do not like the Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Granola Bars. They have very little nutritional value. I find the sweet/salty combination overpowering. I also find that if I remove the bar from the plastic wrapper, the salty section begins melting on my hands, making them sticky. Not impressed!

I love these bars. U get sweet and salty.

I think that this is a very hearty granola bar, as it is jam packed with nuts. That being said, as someone who is not totally fond of peanut butter, I found this to be too rich. I can only eat about 1/2 a bar before I feel like its too much. I do think that this is an excellent snack.

Nature Valley Sweet and Salty Granola Bars are delicious!! My family loves them!!

My whole family loves these, even my kids who aren't fans of nuts. We especially love the cashew and almond ones.
