I have used these supplements many months. Right away (maybe a week in) I could feel (internally & externally) the difference in my skin. For one, I haven't felt the need to moisturize or use lotions since I started using these. My skin feels hydrated and silky smooth! I usually use lotion on my hands a few times a day and have not used any in a long time. My skin has a natural healthy glow. My nails feel stronger and are shiny. And my hair feels healthy and silky. As I have been using it I have eschewed my usual supplements and other natural source of Vitamin C; instead I have used only this.
