First of all, this product is so easy to use, the pack comes with 14 cleansing pads that you place white side down. You wet the pad, hit the power button and immediately begin exfoliating. At first, I didn't know if it was working, so I used it for about 2 minutes. After I rinsed my face I immediately touched my skin and it was soo soo soft! All of my dry skin patches were removed. The only down fall is I have moderate acne and where my pimple scabs were, it ripped them off. OUCH! The cleansing pads almost feel like they have mint in them as I immediately could feel my face start cooling, which I loved! I would definitely use this again, but probably only 2 times a week!

The price was really great, although I don't think the vibration really helped. I found the foaming pads didn't work very well because I still got acne. This was a good idea, just didn't really work for me.

When I had bad acne, the Wave system definitely helped to clear it up. It's an affordable alternative to Clarisonic-type products, and worth a try if you suffer from acne. The only downside is that it can dry out your skin, so make sure to moisturise.

I like the Neutrogena Wave. It effectively deep cleans and my skin had no issues with the embedded cleanser on the pads (I often have a minor breakout when trying new skincare items but not this time).

My favourite aspect was that I could use it in the shower - so convenient! I had another battery-operated exfoliating tool before this one but it could not be used in the shower. Due to the vibrating action, the bubbles from the cleanser tended to spritz on my bathroom mirror and walls when I used it over the sink which is why I eventually got rid of the other unit. Obviously, the Wave did not have this problem.

The only critique I have is that I do not like the single use pads. I try to buy reusable products whenever possible, though I recognize that it's more sanitary to use a fresh surface each time even if I clean a reusable unit as thoroughly as I'm able.

Ok! When you read the other reviews you see that most of them are using it as a facial cleanser. NO!!! IT IS A EXFOLIATER! To get rid of dead skin, that is its use so if you use it like that then it wont be so bad! And i think they broke out because of over use!!!

I liked this product while it lasted... which wasn't very long. Within a less then a month it refused to work on its own, I had to press down on the on button and hold it nonstop for it to vibrate. After a month it died completely, not a peep out of it no matter how many times I changed the batteries. Keeping in mind this was used twice a week, max... this product broke down after less then a dozen uses, which is a little sad considering it costs around 20$, plus the extra refills I bought for it, which could not be returned afterwards. I'm not sure if this product has a glitch or if it was just bad luck, but I've never dropped it or did anything that would make it stop working. So I'm gonna say I'm not very impressed with the production quality.

However, which it was working, it did its job well. My skin gets very dry in the winter and this was a good product to remove the dry skin so I don't look like a lizard. I bought the special rougher pads as well and they worked well. Just dont forget to moisturize after, since the skin underneath is new.Pick a cream with avery low acid base, so your face isn't red the next day.

After checking the reviews on this site for this product I was a little hesitant but decided to give it a go anyway. It was $14.95 at Wal-Mart (regular price) and I find it to be worth the money. The foam action is great (as long as you use the correct side of the pad) and the vibrating 'massage' felt so good I didn't want to stop rubbing it over my cheeks and forehead. Eye and nose area can easily be accessed by turning the device slightly to the side (but imo, one shouldn't have to be told that, it's really not rocket science) and the design of the device means it fits into your hand nicely as well. all in all a good product.

I really like how it feels against my skin, pretty massaging.
I use this little guy everytime i'm out of time/on the go, and don't have enough space for a bottle of cleanser.

I like that when i take off the pad, you see all the makeup that you forgot to take off with a makeup remover!

The product really gives you a deep clean. It scrubs your pores without reddening the skin at all. You feel refreshed after using the product and your skin really looks better. The motion on the wave is very soft and its effortless to just slide this thing around your face to clean your skin. The Wave does all the work for you, all you have to do is move your hand. It didn't really clear up much acne for me, but It definitely cleaned dirt and make-up on the surface of my face.

I was almost done washing my face when i remembered i just bought it and it was gross how dirty my face still was with makeup. It instantly felt so good on my face and it made me have a better sleep! I woke to my face feeling silky smooth on the pillow it was an amazing feeling really kicked in after the third use how awesome it is. The only bad thing is it cost 12.99 for a box of replacement pads. But there is 30 inside and two kinds to get just wish they where a bit cheaper. But i am buying one for my bf i know he'll love it too just gotta buy the wave duo because it comes in blue but i guess it has 2 speeds and is 2 bucks more, dont know if the other speed is needed but he wont like it or even try it if its hot pink.
