i received this from product review. it's a great idea for cleanser and lotion to go together to save time. it is quite thick for me as a cleanser, and i dont feel my skin is as clean as after using other facial wash.

It's thick, and I'm not sure how much it actually cleans off your face. I feel like my usual cleanser does a better job at removing makeup and leaves me feeling cleaner. It's ok but for a long period of time, I'll stick my with usual routine. Got this as part of product review.

I really liked the packaging and the product has a pleasant light scent and dispenses nicely. I was disappointed with how heavy and greasy it felt on my face. I thought it was going to feel much lighter but it felt the same as applying cold cream. When I rinsed it off I still felt like I had a film left on my face. I ended up following up with a gel cleanser to remove the residue. My face did feel soft and moisturized, though, and I think the product has potential if it had a lighter texture. #NIVEAMustHaves

I have sensitive skin so i'm picky about what i'd use to wash my face with. For that reason I probably wouldn't continue to use it BUT.....for the average person I felt like it was effective and really great to use. I would recommend it and like having it as a back-up when I run out of other cleansing lotions

I got this product free as part of Chick Advisor review club. The smell is of the product is not too strong, has the typical smell of Nivea products from the past. I found that it wasn't the same as the usual facial cleansers that I am use to as I feel like it leaves a film or some sort of layer on my face. Could be because it's a cleansing lotion. I wasn't sure how to use this product properly, could come with some instructions or recommendations. I just didn't feel like my face was clean when I used it.

This is NOT an all-in-one facial cleanser! It claims to remove makeup, but it absolutely do not. The 1st time I tried it, I thought it felt so smooth on my skin, but I got out of the shower & dried my face off only to find my foundation smeared all over my towel! Looking in the mirror, I could see that my makeup hadn't budged any more than if I just used water. I kept trying several times after, with different techniques to see if that would help, but nothing worked. This product claims to be a gentle cleanser, but it is way too gentle. So much so that even rubbing my face harshly with my fingers or a washcloth (& therefore no longer cleaning gently) still didn't remove the makeup so much as just smoosh it around.

That being said, it is a nice cleanser to use in the morning. It does feel nice against the skin when there isn't anything to get rid of, but just refresh you as you wake up. Or I could see it being a good product for people who don't wear foundation & are content with removing any eye makeup prior to washing their whole face. However, it is not the right product for me as I wear a full face of makeup on a daily basis.

I am a fan of Nivea as a whole, but this product is not what I usually like to use.

It feels nice on and is easy to apply and remove, but I feel like it leaves a greasy film on my skin that I am not used to. I regularly use Nivea cream on my face, which seems to absorb better than this cleansing lotion.

I think it's a great product, but not for me.

I love all niva products , especially since being able to be a product reviewer and receiving them for free #gotitforfree! I'm not a big facial cleansers user but because it was niva I've been using it and it works I love it ! I have even got my mom into it ! She loves it .. I will be repurchasing it that's for sure

The best part about this cleansing lotion was how well it removed my eye makeup. I took me a while to figure out how much to use each time...applying it to my already wet face in the shower made restrict absorbtion, if it is supposed to be slightly absorbed since it is a cream. Once I determined that only a very little bit needs be used, I started using it immediately in the shower, applying to my face before doing anything else in the shower. I let it sit for a minute while I washed my hair and then I rinsed my face at the same time as rinsing my hair. I wiped the remaining off when I finished my shower. My face did definitely feel moisturized, so the cream component is effective as well. I just don't know exactly how I am supposed to use this product. If I am washing my face at the sink, do I just apply it to my unwashed skin and then rub it in and rub it off? It doesn't seem to be much of a cleansing product as much as an effective eye make-up remover and moisturizer. I am not sure I would switch from my regular skin cleansing routine to the Nivea Crème Care All-In-One Facial Cleansing Lotion. Thank you ChickAdvisor for letting me try this product for free.

I was unsure about this product. I don't understand it's purpose, it says an all in one so I used it instead of my usual face wash for one full week without using any other of my usual products. It's a thick, milky colored product. The design of the bottle makes me think I'm suppose to wash my face with it, the consistency of the lotion (and the name lotion) makes me think I rub it in and leave it, directions say rub it in and wipe it off. So. What I did, was I'd remove my makeup, shower as usual but rub this into my face, let it sit while I washed my hair and then rinsed it off. It is super hydrating. My face was incredibly smooth, but I didn't have that fresh clean feeling I usually did as I wash my face. It does remove all traces of any left over makeup which I felt was a plus. I did have some issues with some pimples popping up along my jaw line, which is unusual for me. Not saying it was caused by this, but it cleared up when I switched back to my normal face routine. All in all, it has some upsides (smooth skin, removes makeup) but I was less than impressed by how it didn't leave my face feeling fresh. I think it needs to be clearer as to what it is exactly. It's advertised as an all in one... so I assumed I could wash and moisturize my face all at the same time. Maybe that is what it's suppose to be, but this hasn't been my favorite product in accomplishing that.
