Got rashy skin instead of smooth skin

I got a full size of this product in a gift basket that I won. I was really excited to try it because my skin gets really dry in the winter. I thought that if I put cream on in the shower, it would help seal in the moisture immediately. Sad to say that it did not work out very well for me.

Putting on the product was fine, but washing it off in the shower made the surface of the floor very slippery even with a non-slip shower mat. And after drying off my skin, I could still feel a slightly greasy film on my body. Worse yet is that I ended up getting a rash from this lotion after 2 days of using it. It was definitely this product and not something else because I stopped using it and my skin got better. But then I gave it another chance and the same thing happened. Red, itchy bumps on my skin developed. I'm so glad I didn't have to pay money for this product.

I just can't get into the routine of using this as directed. I'm really set in my ways of applying body lotion to dry skin after I get out of the shower. I didn't like that I was to apply this to wet skin, and most of the time I forget to do it when my skin is still wet. It's like a watered down lotion, and although my skin wasn't dry afterwards I didn't notice it being any better than my usual out of shower lotions. Unfortunately I've been using most of the bottle as a shaving cream, which by the way it's very effective and smooth gliding as.

I loved the idea of putting it on in the shower while my skin was still wet. It did blend in easily.Although a great idea and it does moisturize well but it left slippery residue in my shower.Having to clean the shower so as to remove the lotion residue after each use was irritating and again added more time onto my morning routine.

I tried this and was not too impressed with it. I don't like the fact that you have to rinse it off. Seems to be an extra step that I would like to avoid.

Hello there my fellow Chick Advisors.I received this product and a others for free to try out.I loved the other products! For me this was just okay! I found it just an extra step in my shower routine.I'd rather use a moisturizing body wash as after I still needed lotion. Sorry Nivea but the Jergens in shower needs no rinsing and works really good!

I like the convenience of having the moisturizer in the shower. I found this product smelled wonderful and left my skin feeling soft and hydrated. It didn't feel greasy on my skin at all which I really liked. It really helped my dry skin feel moisturized all day without having to reapply some moisturizer later on.

I found this product did nothing for my skin but make it feel sticky. I had to scrub to get it off because it made my skin feel so unpleasant. I am definitely thankful that I only received a free sample of this product instead of buying it.
