Recommend by the sales lady, I decided to try something new. This is absolutely my fave red wine now!!! Love it! So flavourful, red berry flavour and full bodied. Goes great with any meat, steak or just as is!

This week I bought a bottle of No. 99 Wayne Gretzky 2014 Okanagan Merlot. I am a BC girl at heart and love trying new British Columbia wines each week (I know good excuse - lol!) This Merlot was nice and fruity although I found it a tad heavy for me. Priced on sale at just under $20 per bottle it's a great value and I think would pair really well with a beef entree rather than on it's own. As an added side note - a percentage of each bottle's sale goes to the Wayne Gretzky Foundation for kids which supports sports for kids in Canada - a win win!
