This cheese makes for good homemade mac and cheese. When I make a grilled cheese I shred this cheese, not sliced because I find I get a cheesier taste. Sometimes I grate it for the outside too both sides for an added treat for the kids. That way I know they're getting something they like and calcium. I have to add, that yes, it's possible to grill the two sides as well after the cheese is added just by patting it down and turning it easy. Try it, you'll love it.
