Tried it but I found it didn't really add much to my meals. I was disappointed. It was just grainy and not appealing.
A teaspoon of this gives you 90% of your vitamin D and E needs, and 8% of your daily fibre. It's really packed with nutrients and is completely tasteless! I add it to my pastas and rice when I want that extra boost of nutrition. It's organic, all natural and gluten-free. You can add it to other dishes like popcorn, shakes, and salads, but I've yet to try that. A quick way of getting all your vitamins when you're on the go or just too busy.
