I liked this product's taste. I'm not sure about the nutrition in them. They do say its made of whole grain but they are a little on the sweet side for me.

I'm not sure if these are healthy or not but they taste great and give me lots of energy until I have lunch ,love the oats and apple mixture

II tried these for the first time this morning and they taste perfect like Apple Crisp - a crisp and crunchy version.

I also enjoy that they have 17grams of whole grains - any extra healthy ingredient in something I already enjoy is a huge perk.
